Film program at
Maysles Documentary Center, New York City

In collaboration with Goethe-Institut New York and Maysles Documentary Center feminist elsewheres will present a two-day film and conversation program, from April 19-20, 2025 in New York City. Films will include a short film selection by Monica Freeman, contemporary video works by Arisa Purkpong & Jana Buch as well as the German Television production The Snake in My Bed by LA Rebellion director Omah Diegu. We are opening with a program based on our research on the 1973 First International Women’s Film Seminar, Berlin.
